Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, cook slowly, constantly stirring until cheese is melted and smooth.
Cook until thick and then cool, use with cauliflower, broccoli, celery, carrots and radishes.
