Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar, flour and milk, then add rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell that has been sprinkled with 1 tablespoon flour.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 3/4 hour or until custard is set.
