Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small piece ginger root
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Freeze steak for 1 hour.
    Slice thin, cross grain.
    Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish.
    Add steak slices. Marinate for 1/2 hour.
    Place on broiler rack.
    Broil 4-inches from heat.
    Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until brown, turning to other side.
    Serve immediately.
