Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, drained and mashed yellow squash
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    1/2 green pepper, diced fine
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 stick butter (1/4 lb.), melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and paprika.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
    Serves 8 to 10.
