Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced cooked carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. diced cheese
    3 c. croutons
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water until crisp-tender.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Combine with carrots, soup, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Put in baking dish.
    Top with croutons tossed with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
