Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold water
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 lemon, grated rind and juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix cold water and cornstarch to a thin paste.
    Combine hot water with sugar until sugar is dissolved.
    Add cornstarch mixture and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Stir a small amount into slightly beaten egg yolks.
    Combine with remaining mixture and cook for while longer.
    Add lemon rind and juice and butter; blend well (until butter has melted).
    Pour into baked pie shells.
    Top with meringue.
    Place in 325\u00b0 oven until meringue is browned.
