Gran'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon
3 eggs
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 pie crust
Preparation

Melt butter and set aside.
Grate lemon rind lightly on tiny side of grater.
Squeeze juice from lemon.
Beat eggs until light. Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned and doesn't shake.
