Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. red pepper
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/4 c. onion
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    In a medium to large skillet, heat butter and add onions, red pepper and green pepper.
    Cook until slightly tender.
    Add rice; mix together.
    Lower heat and add water.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    When done, add chili powder, mix and serve.
    Serves 4.
