Honey-Pecan Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender; drain.
    Peel and cut into quarters.
    Place quartered potatoes in a greased, shallow casserole dish.
    In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, salt and butter.
    Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour syrup over sweet potatoes.
    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake sweet potatoes for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
