Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal, yellow or white
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sour cream
1 (8.5 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Bake in a 9-inch square baking pan or a 12-inch cast-iron skillet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
