French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and continue baking until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
