Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 egg yolks (separate egg whites and save for meringue)
juice from 3 lemons and grated rinds for 1 Tbsp.
1 extra servings graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with egg yolks until smooth. Add milk. Mix well. Add lemon juice and rinds. Stir until thickened. Pour into crust.
