Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts or 1 1/3 c. coconut (optional)

Preparation

Cream oleo, eggs and sugar.
Add flour, cocoa, vanilla and nuts or coconut.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread 1 jar marshmallow cream over top.
Cool and frost.
