Cottage Lasagna(Scaled For 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese (one container)
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 c. spaghetti sauce (1 jar)
    2 c. tomato sauce (2 cans)
    1/2 c. tomato paste (1 can)
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese (1 pkg.)
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, tossing lightly with fork; drain off
    fat.
    Stir
    in
    spaghetti\tsauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and
    Parmesan cheese.\tCover and simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles; drain and rinse in cold water.
    In a 7 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish spread 1/3 of the sauce, then 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese and 1/2 of the parsley. Repeat the last step.
    Cover
    with the remainder of the sauce. Cut the Mozzarella cheese into
    strips and arrange them on the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30\tminutes
    or
    until cheese melts and the sauce is bubbly.
