Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
    Mix sweet potatoes, milk and oil. Stir into flour mixture just to moisten. Turn onto floured surface with floured hands.
    Knead gently about 6 strokes.
    Roll out about 1/2-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot with butter and honey.
