Candied Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 3/4 oz. cakette cinnamon Imperials
2 qt. apples, peeled and quartered
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and cinnamon Imperials in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer until Imperials dissolve. Add the apples, a quart at a time, and cook until firm, but done. Pour remaining syrup over cooked apples.
