Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sliced fresh apples (3 small)
1 to 2 c. pecans
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat the sugar, oil and eggs until well blended.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0 in an aluminum foil lined pan.
