Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    12 slices Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, slice thin and place 1/3 of slices in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with 1/3 of butter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place thin onion slices on top.
    Sprinkle flour over onions and cover with 4 slices of cheese.
    Add the second layer the same as the first.
    Do the third layer the same.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve hot.
    Serves 8.
