Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    1 large onion
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove bone and fat and mash.
    Serve on buns.
