Cranberry-Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium pears, (Bosc, Bartlett or Anjou)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. cranberries
    pastry for double crust pie
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, cut up
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice pears (approximately 5 cups). In mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, orange peel and cinnamon.
    Add pears and cranberries; toss to coat.
    Set aside.
