Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick chops
1 box Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1 can milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown the chops in a small amount of fat.
Sprinkle rice between the chops and over the top.
In bowl, dilute soup and add seasonings, then pour over the chops.
Bake, covered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until the rice has absorbed moisture.
