Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut for stew
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper and paprika to taste
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 small onions, quartered
    4 carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over beef.
    Toss floured beef in oil that has been put in 3-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
