Beer Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can warm beer
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar; add beer and egg.
    Stir mixture with fork until blended.
    Pour batter into greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
