Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients to make crumbs.
    Reserve about 3/4 cup
    for topping.
    Add milk and eggs to remaining crumbs and mix until smooth.
    Put batter in prepared 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add cinnamon to reserved crumbs and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
