Fruit Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 crushed cereal (Weet-a-Bix or similar)
    1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. coconut
    4 oz. butter
    1 c. mixed fruit including dates
    ginger or nuts
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Melt butter, add condensed milk and cocoa and heat gently until combined.
    Remove from heat and add chopped fruit, coconut and crushed/crumbled cereal.
    Stir well and press into a Swiss roll tin.
    When cool, ice with lemon icing.
