Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. sweet potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    brown sugar
    small can crushed pineapple
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Peel and parboil 2 to 3 pounds sweet potatoes.
    Mash and add salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste.
    Put in casserole; add 1 small can crushed pineapple.
    Cover with marshmallows.
    Bake in a moderate oven until the marshmallows are toasted.
