Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 large can pina colada cream of coconut
1 medium Cool Whip
1 frozen pkg. coconut or fresh coconut
Preparation

Mix yellow cake mix according to directions and bake.
When cake is done, punch holes in cake with end of wooden spoon.
Spoon cream of coconut on cake and let cool.
(You can use can of Eagle Brand milk to make cake richer, along with cream of coconut.)
Mix Cool Whip and coconut together and put on cake (leave some coconut for topping).
You may also use crushed pineapple.
Keep refrigerated.
