Dill Pickles With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. medium size cucumbers
    4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salt
    3 qt. water
    2 sprigs dill (for each qt.)
    1 clove garlic (for each qt.)
Preparation
    Soak cucumbers overnight in cold water.
    Put one dill in bottom of quart jars, then pack jars with cucumbers.
    Add garlic and second sprig of dill on top.
    Combine vinegar, salt and water. Bring to boil.
    Fill jars and seal.
    Store in dark, cool place.
