Tijuana Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) bag Doritos
2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown ground meat and season to taste.
Mix together soups, beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Heat to mix well.
Grease casserole dish and, using a third of each ingredient, layer chips, meat, soup mixture and cheese.
Continue to layer until all ingredients are used.
Be sure cheese is on top.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Serves 8.
