Shrimp De Tonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. minced parsley
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of paprika
    2 lb. large shrimp
Preparation
    Cream together butter, salt and garlic.
    Mix in bread crumbs, parsley, sherry, pepper and paprika.
    Peel and devein shrimp. Toss into simmering water and cook just a few minutes, only until they turn pink.
    Rinse with cool water and drain.
