Cranberry Glaze For Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can whole cranberries
4 Tbsp. orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, cinnamon and salt in small saucepan.
Stir in orange juice and cranberries.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick.
I use this glaze to baste my pork roast.
The kids love the sweet, but tangy taste.
