1 can garden peas
1 can pimento, drained and diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Canned beets may be drained and marinated in the mixture.
