Nutmeg (Donut) Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg with fork.
    Add oil and milk.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and nutmeg.
    Add to egg, oil and milk. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Put bit of butter on top.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 9 large muffins.
