Yogurt Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water into blender, add Jell-O.
    Blend on low speed until dissolved, (about 1 minute).
    Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup cold water.
    Add to Jell-O and stir until almost melted.
    Then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
    Chill in dessert glasses or bowl until set (about 1 hour).
    Makes 5 servings; 35 calories per serving.
