Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. mashed potatoes (instant or homemade)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain in ovenware dish.
    Put 1/2 of the can of mixed vegetables in bottom of dish.
    Top with half of ground beef and onion mixture.
    Add other half mixed vegetables.
    Add other 1/2 ground beef and onion mixture.
    Top with mashed potatoes.
    Heat before serving.
    Ready to eat with salad and rolls.
