Fettucine Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
1 c. raw broccoli
1 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
3/4 c. oleo
garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli, carrots, zucchini, green pepper, onion and seasoning in oleo in skillet until vegetables are tender.
Stir in mushrooms. Toss vegetables with hot noodles. Stir in Parmesan cheese, if desired.
