Honolulu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. skinned, boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine preserves, barbecue sauce, onions and soy sauce.
    Pour over the chicken breasts.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    Add water chestnuts and green pepper for final 10 minutes.
