Broiled Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh salmon steaks
    garlic salt
    one lime
Preparation
    Buy two salmon steaks from the fresh seafood section of the supermarket.
    Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
    Preheat broiler (if using Jenn-Air, spray grill with Pam).
    Lightly sprinkle both sides with garlic salt and fresh lime 15 minutes before cooking. Use more lime during cooking to prevent drying.
    Turn twice at least.
    Broil for a total of 10 to 12 minutes.
