Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/4 c. onions, sliced
    salt and pepper
    dill
Preparation
    Chill cucumber until just before serving.
    Combine yogurt, chives, onions, salt and pepper and chill well to blend flavors. Place cucumber on a serving dish and top with dollops of the chilled dressing.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    For variety, add to the dressing mushrooms (sliced).
