Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Owens sausage, fried and drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
3 slices bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole, place the sausage on bottom with the rest of the ingredients on top.
Cover with Handi-Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 6.
