Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped raw apples (Granny Smith)
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat well. Sift flour and gradually fold into creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla. Gently fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
