Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Red Delicious apples (4 large apples equals 4 c.)
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil or melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 well beaten eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. soda (level spoons)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Chop apples fine. Add sugar; mix and set aside. Mix oil or oleo, vanilla and eggs. Add to apple mixture. Sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and soda. Add pecans. Mix and add to apple mixture. Pour into
    Bundt or tube pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
