Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh basil
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh chervil
    1 large clove garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in advance.
    Chill and store and use as desired over salads.
    Use 2 tablespoons per serving.
