Congealed Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained (reserve juice)
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve juice)
    5 oz. maraschino cherries with juice, sliced or chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped fine
    1 carrot, grated
    toasted, broken pecans
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Bring 1 cup of juice to a boil; add to Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
    Add 4 tablespoons hot liquid to cheese mix and blend.
    Add to Jell-O mix and blend well.
