Ambrosia Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. firm packed brown sugar
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt margarine in two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pans in 325\u00b0 oven.
Stir in brown sugar.
Spread mixture evenly in pans.
