Roast Turkey Breast With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 to 3 lb.) turkey breast roast
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or creamy chicken-mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (sliced or pieces)
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place turkey in shallow roasting pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over turkey.
Cover and bake until done (165\u00b0 to 170\u00b0 on meat thermometer), about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Cut turkey into slices. Serve gravy with turkey and, if desired, with boiled or mashed potatoes.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
