Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1.5 lb. hamburger
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 small onions
1 small bell pepper
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs, softened
2 small potatoes, cut for hash browns
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix
hamburger,
onions,
bell\tpepper,
eggs,\tcracker crumbs, potatoes,
salt
and
pepper.
Mix\t2/3
can of tomato sauce. Bake
for approximately 1 1/2 or 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
When done, take out of skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and 1/3 can of tomato sauce.
Thicken with flour for gravy.
