Hawaiian Roast Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Canadian style bacon
    1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    If necessary, remove casing from bacon.
    Place bacon, fat side up, in ungreased baking dish.
    Stir together pineapple (with syrup), honey, ginger and water.
    Pour over bacon.
    Roast, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste occasionally.
