Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
8 oz. chopped tomato
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain and set aside.
Saute meat, onion and pepper; drain.
Add tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic; set aside.
Combine spaghetti, margarine, Parmesan and eggs. Press in 10-inch pie plate.
Spread with cottage cheese.
Top with meat mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
