Raspberry-Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb
    1 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute
    1 small box raspberry Jell-O (sugar-free)
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. diced apples
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat rhubarb with sugar until soft.
    Add Jell-O and stir.
    Add pineapple juice and lemon juice. Refrigerate until partially set. Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate again until completely set.
